CPU Emulation Engineer

Qualcomm seeks a CPU Emulation Engineer to design, develop, and optimize CPU and system-level emulation platforms for next generation wireless, 5G, AI, and automotive SoCs. You will build high performance virtual prototypes, integrate CPU models, and enable early firmware, OS, and application development. Responsibilities include microarchitecture analysis, performance tuning, debugging complex hardware/software interactions, and collaborating with RTL, verification, and software teams.

• Optimize emulation performance and capacity to support large designs and demanding test workloads
• Document emulation methodologies, best practices, and support internal teams in effective platform usage
