Role
Lead Test Framework Architect specializing in AI integration for software quality engineering within a Kubernetes-based platform. Objectives: develop AI-native test frameworks, govern AI-assisted testing in regulated environments, and enable scalable adoption across product teams.
Responsibilities- design workflows for automated test generation and evaluation
- embed AI features into validation processes with compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, IEC 62304)
- establish platform-wide test architecture standards
- report on impact metrics including AI-specific KPIs
- 10+ years in software engineering
- 3+ years in test or quality architecture
- hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot)
- Kubernetes
- multi-level automation frameworks
- CI/CD pipelines
- contract testing
- testability-driven architecture
- experience with AI/ML validation
- regulated software standards
- observability tools
- load testing
- infrastructure-as-code
- insights into scientific instrument or diagnostics software
Collaboration involves cross-functional engagement with development, QA, and regulatory teams.
Work setupfull-time, with 25% travel, day shifts; location flexible depending on organization needs.
