Role DescriptionBuild and run the infrastructure that keeps Yumi fast, reliable, secure, and easy to operate. That includes cloud architecture, deployment systems, observability, networking, storage, and CI/CD.
Compensation- Base salary: $160,000 - $300,000 depending on experience and level.
- Annual performance bonus: 8% - 20% of base.
- Equity: meaningful equity grant on a standard vesting schedule.

- Strong experience operating production systems in AWS or similar cloud environments.
- Deep familiarity with networking, containers, deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability.
- Able to design for reliability, performance, cost-awareness, and operational simplicity.
- Comfortable owning incident response, root-cause analysis, and hardening work.
- Experience with on-prem or hybrid deployments.
- Familiarity with high-throughput APIs or data pipelines.
- Strong security instincts around secrets, access control, and production isolation.
