Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Workplace Well-being team member to serve as a temporary, part‑time or full‑time Group Fitness Coordinator for a high‑profile company located in Santa Clara, CA
. This is a temporary position lasting approximately two months or based on business needs. It is an on‑site role and includes teaching one general group fitness class each day from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Develop effective, engaging, and motivating class formats accompanied by fun and appropriate playlists.
- Ensure that Group Fitness programming and classes meet the operating standards and culture of the site, Client, and Workplace Well‑being.
- Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism as they enter the facility.
- Respond to and provide assistance with members’ feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management as needed.
- Fulfill front desk administrative duties including using Flex.
- Maintain a clean, orderly facility and locker rooms.
- Manage Group Fitness schedule, including but not limited to: supporting and assisting Group Fitness Instructors, keeping attendance records, communicating class schedule changes, securing subs as needed.
- Must be an active and current Workplace Well‑being team member.
- Capacity to work approximately 15 hours per week [LC1] [SJ2] [SJ3] [SJ4] or based on business needs and can teach 1 general group fitness class each day.
- Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate, specialty class license (i.e. Zumba®, etc.) and current CPR /AED certification (no online CPR/AED certification accepted).[LC5]
- Prior experience in Group Fitness, Personal Training, corporate health promotion, wellness or related occupation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent multi‑tasking, time management, problem‑solving, organizational and follow‑up skills.
- Great written and verbal communications skills.
- Competent with Workplace Well‑being's internal systems such as Flex and Microsoft Suite.
- Must have a laptop to access Workplace Well‑being's internal systems.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $15 to $25. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs. In addition to the hourly rate, Plus One offers a comprehensive benefits package (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
