The Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support goods in/out activities, manage critical stock items, and assist with on-site services and product distribution. This role works closely with management and cross-functional teams and plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.
- Receive, check, count, and accurately put away incoming stock
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders to meet required turnaround times
- Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Work within a computerized WMS/ERP environment
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards while following all safety, quality, and operational protocols
- Support delivery of products to and around local customer sites
- Use company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly
- Proactively identify inventory issues and assist in resolving them
- Support additional operational duties as needed to meet customer requirements
- Flexible, reliable, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
- Comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Prior warehouse or inventory experience
- Background in spare parts or stock management
- Forklift license and hands-on forklift experience
- Experience using ERP or WMS systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- $30–$33/hour for a 32-hour work week
