Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Engagement:Contract – 6 Months+
Key Responsibilities- Receive deliveries in the data center — both physically and systematically — including:
- Receiving devices and consumables
- Ensuring materials are secured and stored appropriately at time of delivery
- Expedite shipments and perform ad-hoc physical material verification through warehouses.
- Maintain and organize storage areas to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Create physical project pallets as needed.
- Pull, prep, and coordinate shipment of materials for movement to other sites and warehouses.
- Support and appropriately elevate emergent DC Ops material requests and other urgent matters.
- Perform inventory accuracy activities, including:
- Weekly inventory scans (devices)
- Cycle counts within the inventory system per ABC analysis schedule
- Onsite and warehouse discrepancy deep dives
- Manage physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) processes, including:
