Site Logistics Coordinator

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Logistics Coordinator to support logistics and inventory operations within a high-availability data center environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the efficient movement and storage of technical equipment and consumables.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting logistics, inventory, warehouse, or data center operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and operational excellence are critical.

• Receive deliveries physically and within inventory management systems.
• Process incoming devices, equipment, and consumable materials.
• Ensure materials are properly secured, labeled, and stored upon receipt.
• Coordinate and expedite shipments to other facilities or warehouse locations.
• Verify physical inventory and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas.
• Create, organize, and manage project‑specific pallets and staging areas.
• Pull, prepare, and package materials for shipment.
• Support urgent operational material requests and elevate issues when necessary.
• Perform inventory audits, device scans, and cycle count activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management systems.
• Execute return‑to‑stock transactions and manage unused project materials.
• Support inventory reconciliation efforts across multiple storage locations.
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and technical teams to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, inventory, or material management operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency working within inventory systems.

• Experience supporting data center, technical warehouse, or IT infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes, cycle counting, and reconciliation activities.
• Experience handling technical hardware such as servers, storage devices, or network equipment.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or asset management tools.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and material staging best practices.
