Pay Rate: $25–$31/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Lead to support day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining efficient material flow from receiving through shipping, and partnering cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for receiving and verifying raw materials against purchase orders and packing slips, performing incoming inspections and quality checks, and maintaining accurate ERP records. The role includes managing lot traceability, labeling, and tracking materials throughout the production lifecycle.

You will oversee inventory control processes including storage, bin accuracy, FIFO practices, and cycle counting. Additionally, you’ll support packaging and documentation for external processing, ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages.

This position also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, including implementing and maintaining 5S standards within the warehouse.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with ERP systems. You should have a solid understanding of inventory control, traceability, and quality processes, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join

This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership-focused inventory role where you can make a direct impact on operational efficiency and process improvement. You’ll join a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and long-term placement.
