Cost Accountant

Ready to make an impact beyond the numbers? We’re looking for an experienced Cost Accountant who can turn complex cost and inventory data into meaningful business insights.

• Maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
• Complete inventory reconciliations and reserve analyses
• Analyze manufacturing and purchase price variances
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
• Prepare analyses related to inventory, margins, and operational performance
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve costing accuracy
• Support audits and help strengthen accounting processes and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least five years of progressive accounting experience
• Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, standard costing, GAAP, and variance analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
• Net Suite experience is a plus
• CPA designation is preferred
• Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE)
