Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Audi Valencia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive dealership accounting experience, with strong knowledge of dealership accounting processes and systems.

Experience with CDK is strongly preferred, and familiarity with ADVENT is a plus.

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Review invoices, statements, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Process vendor payments and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Post and reconcile daily deposits and receivables.
• Assist with vehicle deal accounting and dealership-related accounting functions.
• Reconcile schedules, statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
• Work closely with the dealership office, sales, service, parts, and management teams.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting procedures.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as required.

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience required.
• CDK experience strongly preferred.
• ADVENT experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
