Salary $150,000 - $205,000 per year

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet schedules and budgets
• Proficiency in Hard Dollar estimating software, Vista by Viewpoint ERP, and HCSS applications preferred
• Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with clients, unions, and subcontractors

• Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate and supervise project personnel, subcontractors, and field operations
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, change requests, and personnel transactions
• Maintain accurate project logs and documentation to track progress and compliance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, client standards, and safety regulations
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance with all OSHA and environmental standards
