We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and manufacturing infrastructure upgrades in a fast-paced technology and fabrication environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Job Requirements Lead construction and facility-related projects from planning through completion.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams. Oversee cleanroom modifications, utility upgrades, and equipment installation projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Review project drawings, specifications, and contractor proposals. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction. Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Provide regular progress reports to management.

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience managing contractors and capital improvement projects. Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, laboratory, or cleanroom environments is a plus.

Pay range: $16-$85
