Senior Commercial Landscape Project Manager

Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to manage large-scale commercial landscape and site development projects across Southern California?

Your Background:

· Proven experience managing large commercial landscape projects of $1M+ from inception through completion, including site development.

4-year degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. PMP, CCM, LEED, or SITES AP certifications a plus

Adept at building trusted relationships with clients, GCs, architects, and subcontractors.

What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of high-impact commercial landscape projects and deliver exceptional results that strengthen client partnerships and fuel division growth.

Lead commercial landscape projects serving commercial clients from Los Angeles County to the Central Coast.

Oversee budgets, schedules, labor, subcontractors, quality, and client communications.

Deliver accurate KPI and performance metrics resolve field issues, and maintain strong team performance.
