Customer Service Representative

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be an integral part of our team in Valencia, California. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and resolving product-related issues. This is a customer-centric role that requires interaction with customers through calls and emails, and occasional front desk phone answering.

Responsibilities

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls

- Accurately process orders and licenses

- Maintain detail-oriented correspondence with customers via email

- Provide detailed product information to customers

- Ensure accuracy in data entry to avoid errors

- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service

- Serve as a backup for answering front desk phones when necessary

- Handle a fast-paced environment while multitasking

- Be available to work overtime and weekends if necessary

- Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

- Provide accurate quotes to customers and ensure prompt follow-up Requirements - Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar

- Proficiency in managing customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints

- Strong skills in email communications, with the ability to craft detail oriented, clear, and concise responses

- Experience with order entry systems, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency

- Ability to generate customer quotes, understanding the principles of pricing and discounts

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations

- High level of patience and empathy when interacting with customers

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated. Talent Match®
