Overview
We’re a busy local sign & print shop looking for a reliable, detail-focused Customer Service & Order Coordinator to answer phones, prepare estimates, and run the order lifecycle from approval to install. If you’re organized, polite on the phone, and enjoy keeping jobs moving smoothly, this role is for you. Sign/print experience preferred.
What you’ll do- Answer incoming customer calls, capture clear intake, and triage requests.
- Produce professional estimates with materials, labor, and clear assumptions.
- Create and maintain order tracking entries; hand off production-ready files to the shop.
- Coordinate vendors, order materials, and schedule installs/deliveries.
- Provide timely customer updates and follow-ups until job completion.
- Excellent phone manner and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and good memory to maintain multi-step process for 100+ ongoing orders.
- Comfortable in doing basic math for estimates.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site in Santa Clarita.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate common programs, such as Excel, Word and CRM's efficiently
- Previous sign, graphic or print shop experience; familiarity with estimating software and Illustrator.
$25–$35/hr small- to mid-business vibe, consistent schedule, training, and a clear 60-day review with raise potential. Benefits after probation. Paid skills test/paid trial.
