We are looking for an amazing Financial Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Dental practice!
A minimum of 2 years as a pediatric/orthodontic Treatment
**** Coordinator; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along with Denti-cal. The high-priority candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

Job Duties:
- Treatment planning.
- IV Cases.
- Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club.
- Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
- Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
- Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus!
- Knowledge of Dentical, PPO, and HMO Billing
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
- Previous dental front office experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- An upbeat personality is a MUST.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clean, neat professional appearance.
- Bi-lingual Spanish desired.
- Must be available to work some Saturdays.
- Mon
- Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm and Two Saturdays a month 8:00 am - 2:00 pm - Hourly+ Benefits+ Monthly bonus
