, a leader in high-performance motorsports engineering, is seeking a hands-on Electrical Design Engineer to join their innovative and fast-paced engineering team. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working closely with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to bring advanced electrical systems from concept to reality.

This position plays a critical role in the development of high-voltage electrical systems and wire harnesses
, supporting cutting-edge racing and performance applications.

What’s the Job?

As An Electrical Design Engineer, You Will

  • Design and develop electrical components and subsystems, including high-voltage systems and wire harnesses
  • Create and modify 3D and 2D models using CATIA V5/V6 or 3

    DEXPERIENCE
  • Perform engineering calculations to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturing targets
  • Support assembly and manufacturing trials, including hands-on troubleshooting
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
  • Participate in DFM reviews, technical meetings, and problem-solving sessions
  • Provide timely updates and support project deadlines in a dynamic motorsports environment
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of electrical design engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems and wire harness design
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5, V6, or 3

    DEXPERIENCE
  • Experience creating BOMs, interpreting drawings, and performing tolerance stack-ups
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for vendor visits, testing, or track support
  • Background in automotive, motorsports, or aerospace environments is strongly preferred
