American Sign Language; ASL Life Skills Coach - Support Adults with Disabilities

As a Direct Support Professional
, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
• Support clients in areas such as:
• Community Access
• Personal Care
• Medical Appointments
• Peer Interactions
• Recreational Activities

• Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Individuals that know American Sign Language whether you are hearing or deaf/hard of hearing
• Be 21+ years old
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
• Must pass a background check
• Previous experience in human services is a plus
