Conduct all audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards on a daily basis;
Balance and reconcile all cash receipts and transactions completed during the audit shift, and ensure cash deposits are made promptly;
Serve as a Guest Service representative and act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours;
Function as PBX operator during the audit shift, managing communication duties effectively;
Proactively greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience
