Our client operates a 220,000+ square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Valencia, CA, specializing in the production of powders, capsules, and tablets, and offering end-to-end solutions from product ideation through fulfillment.

Client is a strong, established staple of the nutraceutical/dietary supplement industry, backed by Private Equity, distinguished by its role as an extension of its partners’ brands, providing rigorous quality control, advanced research and development, proactive regulatory compliance, and scalable manufacturing infrastructure. The company supports brands in navigating common industry risks, including supply chain disruption, labeling and compliance challenges, ingredient consistency, and class action exposure.

The Opportunity

The Technical Sales Executive is a highly visible, customer-facing role at the heart of the growth engine, where science, strategy, and storytelling come together to bring bold product ideas to life. This role is designed for someone who thrives in the middle of the action: partnering closely with Sales, collaborating deeply with Product Development, and working directly with customers to transform early-stage concepts into scalable, market-ready solutions.

You are the bridge between vision and execution—the person who brings clarity to complexity and gives customers confidence that their ideas can move from aspiration to reality, all while staying grounded in capabilities, quality standards, and commercial objectives.

In this role, you become the technical voice of confidence in the room - supporting top-of-funnel prospecting and discovery with credibility, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking. You lead and co-lead customer-facing technical discussions, uncovering true customer needs, clarifying specifications, and defining what success looks like for new products and line extensions. Acting as the technical “quarterback” during early-stage opportunity development, you ensure ideas are translated into clear, actionable requirements, timelines are realistic, expectations are aligned, and internal teams are moving in lockstep toward execution.

From formulation and feasibility through quoting and launch, you serve as the connective thread that keeps opportunities moving forward with momentum and precision. You orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations—ensuring manufacturability, compliance, cost targets, and schedules are thoughtfully considered from the start. You help shape solutions that balance innovation with commercial discipline, guiding customers through possibilities and constraints while protecting margin, quality, and long-term success.

This role blends creativity, influence, and execution. You bring innovation capabilities to life for customers, translate complex technical considerations into clear recommendations, and stay intricately connected to market trends, emerging ingredients, and new technologies.
