Position Overview
Ourteam is currently looking for an Entry-Level Data Analytics Software Engineer
in Santa Clarita, CA for our client in the Motorsports Industry. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy with a foundational background in software engineering and a keen interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You will support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of AI-powered tools—such as Microsoft Copilot and other productivity-enhancing services—across our organization.
Relevant Experience/Requirements
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of AI services and software tools across departments.
- Support the IT team in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure integration of AI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and optimize AI tool usage.
- Monitor and document AI tool performance, user feedback, and system logs.
- Participate in training sessions and create user guides to help staff adopt new technologies.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, cloud services, and enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, software development, or systems administration.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Power Shell, JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based services.
- Exposure to automation tools and workflow optimization.
- Interest in machine learning, natural language processing, or data analytics.
