Director of Supply Chain | Valencia, CA
We’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement & Customer Operations
- Drive MRP, production planning, inventory & capacity planning
- Manage supplier performance, sourcing, negotiations & risk mitigation
- Improve OTIF, service levels, cost, inventory & working capital
- Lead and develop high-performing supply chain teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, R&D & Logistics
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience
- 5+ years of people leadership
- Manufacturing experience; nutraceutical, food, pharma or regulated environments preferred
- SAP Business ByDesign experience is a plus
