• Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform all housekeeping duties including: distributing laundered articles and linens, changing beds, cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, dusting furniture and equipment, polishing metalwork, washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills, disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies, stock the cleaning cart with supplies, empty wastebaskets, transport trash to the disposal areas, work with maintenance to ensure trash and dumpster areas are clean, request maintenance work orders, report resident issues or changes in health or living status, report potentially unsafe conditions to Supervisor, and may perform other duties as needed.
• Perform all laundry duties: washing and drying resident laundry and textiles in provided appliances, folding and/or hanging laundry appropriately, distributing laundered articles and linens, changing bed linens, maintain resident laundry areas, mopping floors, washing walls, checking lint traps.
• Wash windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested.
• Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
