Pay Rate: $65.60 – $69.46/ hour on W2 only

Job Type: Contract 12 months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide end-to-end project management oversight and leadership across multiple projects. This role will manage activities throughout the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, design, permitting, construction coordination, and close-out.

The ideal candidate can ramp up quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results aligned to cost, schedule, and performance expectations.

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Teams
• SAP

• Provide project management oversight and direction to project teams and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle
• Lead project scoping, initiation, planning, and design activities
• Support permit and easement acquisition activities as needed
• Coordinate civil and electrical construction phases and ensure project execution stays on track
• Manage project close-out activities including final deliverables and documentation
• Develop and maintain project objectives, timelines, milestones, risk analysis, and deliverables
• Perform budget and schedule management including forecasting and variance analysis
• Monitor project performance, identify trends, and assess results against budget targets
• Identify project issues early and collaborate on solutions
• Resolve conflicts, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of project tasks
• Apply core project management concepts and adapt quickly to established processes and portfolio structure

• Ability to manage costs, schedules, methods, and project outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and resolve conflicts across teams
