Maintenance Machine Mechanic

Overview

Aerospace Dynamics International, Inc. (ADI) manufactures machined parts and assemblies for the commercial and military aerospace industries. It offers structural components, caps, panels, bulkheads, fittings, longerons, spars, chords, wing ribs, thrust reversers, structural machine parts, manufacturing tooling and stretch form blocks. ADI was acquired by PCC in April 2014. The company has received significant capital investments since the acquisition and has a highly positive growth trajectory ahead.

Comprising seven facilities on its campus in Valencia, CA, ADI has over 240 full-time employees on staff.

Level two maintenance mechanics work under direct supervision as master mechanic helpers. They perform retrofits, preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on NC machines to maintain their working order. They will use basic measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers and basic shop math in order to complete repairs. This position typically requires 4-6 years of maintenance experience.

• Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on NC Machines under direct supervision
• Using basic measuring tools and basic shop math to troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance on machines
• Additional duties as assigned by supervision

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Knowledge of basic shop math

• 4-6 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic

• GED or High School diploma preferred but not required

For informational purposes only, the pay range for this role is $25.00 to $35.00 USD hourly, based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple based on performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 104 hours of paid time off every year and 10 paid holidays.
