Technician, Assembly Test

Triumph Group Responsibilities

Can assemble basic actuators, accumulators & valves. Also performs tests of assembled parts per specifications determined by customer or mandated regulations by performing the following duties.

• Measures parts to determine specified tolerance.
• Positions and aligns parts.
• Bolts, screws, parts together.
• Disassembles and replaces parts as required.
• Tests functional performance of assembly.
• Performs all specific detailed tests required for stress, tolerances and other factors as determined by work order.
• Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies.
• Marks identifying information on parts.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 4–6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hourly rate: $25.00 – $29.51
