Job summary:
The new graduate registered nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNMH's policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Problem solving skills
- Basic computer skills
Licensure and certification:
- Current California RN license
- Current BLS provider card
Education:
- Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
Experience:
- Prior acute hospital experience preferred
