This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal Embedded Software Engineer, based in Santa Clarita, CA. The role involves designing, developing, and testing embedded software for advanced systems. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing embedded software solutions, debugging, and refining software to ensure optimal performance. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals, addressing technical challenges, and contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge software systems.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Embedded Software Programming and Embedded Software development
- Experience in Software Development and Software Design processes
- Proficiency in Debugging and troubleshooting embedded software applications
- Familiarity with developing high-performance systems for demanding conditions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in the defense, energy, or aerospace sectors is a plus
