Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Take ownership of application delivery and stakeholder communication.

Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues to ensure seamless user experiences.

Optimize application performance across browsers and devices.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with Python.
Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
Knowledge of performance optimization tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude AI).
Proven experience in leading teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
