Customer Care Representative, CDL

• Operate a flatbed truck; training provided
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift; training provided
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery
• Transport storage containers to and from customers’ homes and businesses on local routes
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University
• Work indoors and outdoors, including around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals
• Use protective clothing or gear as required

• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Department of Transportation certification
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to move a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship
• Must comply with U-Haul’s applicable nicotine-product hiring policy

Demonstrates proficiency in operating flatbed trucks and forklifts while ensuring safe transportation of storage containers. Provides excellent customer service and adheres to safety protocols in various environments.
