La Bahia Hotel & Spa and Dream Inn Santa Cruz are seeking a Complex Staff Accountant to maintain financial records and process payroll for both properties, as well as oversee accounts receivable for the Guest House.
The role requires coordinating with the Complex Director of Finance to ensure accuracy, GAAP compliance, and smooth operation of hotel financial processes across the portfolio.
Experience with lodging industry accounting and payroll is preferred; strong Excel skills are required.
