Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for creating high-quality multifamily housing? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Assistant Superintendent to join our construction team. This exciting role will provide you with the opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from the ground up.

Our ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in managing multifamily construction projects. You will be working closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily construction activities on the job site, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Managing the construction schedule, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Reviewing and understanding blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure the accurate execution of all construction activities.
• Maintaining daily reports and logs, tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to the project team.
• Ensuring compliance with all OSHA jobsite safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Coordinating site logistics, managing field operations, and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Utilizing Procore software for project management, documentation, and communication.
• Participating in project meetings and collaborating with the project team to ensure the successful completion of all projects.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily construction, with a focus on podium, mid-rise, and wowood-frameonstruction.
• Proven experience in construction scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ground-up construction.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding of construction documents.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
• Excellent knowledge of jobsite safety regulations and OSHA compliance with OHSA 30 cert
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• A commitment to quality, with a focus on delivering the highest standards in all aspects of construction.
