Dentist - Pediatric

We are hiring Pediatric Dentists!

Come join our exceptional clinical team within our Oral Health Clinic System along the beautiful Central California Coast in Santa Cruz. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to our pediatric patients, as your colleagues provide the same services to their families. As a Pediatric Oral Health provider at our organization, you will work closely with our Lead Dentists and other General & Pediatric Oral Health providers and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

The mission of our clinics is to make prevention more common than treatment by providing affordable high-quality, culturally competent, oral healthcare to the vulnerable low income populations. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:

Compensation: $210k - $250k, DOE

Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours

Operational hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• CDE is reimbursed with a passing grade. Rates determined each fiscal year.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
• Graduate of an accredited Pediatric Residency program
• Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of California
• Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate

Preferred Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 1+ years of clinical experience with pediatric patients
• Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.
