Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican
, a physician‑led, patient‑centered organization, is seeking a full‑time Hospitalist to join our well‑established, collegial team in beautiful Santa Cruz, California. This opportunity will be based at Dominican Hospital.

• Collaborative, supportive team environment with strong physician leadership
• Open ICU with no procedures or codes required (optional procedures if desired)
• Blend of rounding and admitting/swing shifts with additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation
• Emphasis on quality of care and physician autonomy
• Opportunity to precept and mentor APPs and residents

• Competitive salary: $315-340k annually
• Productivity-based bonus potential
• Sign‑on Bonus: $60,000
• Relocation Assistance: $20,000

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
