  -NICU Level III access through partnership with other facility

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

• Active CA license
• BC in OB/GYN
• Completion of ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
• Active CA DEA,
• BLS, & ACLS
• Clean malpractice ( Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation)
