Project Engineer

We would like to add an experienced Project Engineer. Qualified candidates will have strong communication and IT skills, leadership potential and at least some prior experience managing challenging projects.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000+

• Review and process submittals and shop drawings till approved.
• Perform field review of assigned work in place for conformance to the contract document.
• Learn and participate in document control platform.
• Computer Skills; proficiency in Bluebeam, awareness of Microsoft Project, awareness of P6
• Administrative support duties include:
  Physical/digital project document control for Job Set-up including Project Surveys & Permits, Specifications, Drawings, Submittals, RFI’s (Logs) through Close‑Out docs.
• Administrative document control for:
  Monthly construction reports (Photos & Narrative)
• Change Orders – tracking/distribution.
• QA/QC Logs.
• Punch List.
• Assistance for tracking Foreman’s/Project Meeting Minutes.
• Assistance with Schedule Updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree; preferably engineering, architecture or project management or 2 Year Associates Degree.
• Technical or Trade School a plus. Military; preferably Technical/Construction/Logistics background/ Leadership experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with computer applications.
