M-F - 1 provider for 10a-6p and 1 provider for 8a-4p and 1 provider for extra coverage (either 8a-4p or 10a-6p), Sat-Sun - 2 providers for 8a-6p.
Need providers to start Dec 18 with a 3 month duration.
Assignment:
Combination of telehealth and onsite coverage. Could consider providers willing to do one or the other such as having 1 provider for telehealth and 1 provider for onsite coverage.
UPDATED SCHEDULE AS OF 12/15: M-F - 1 provider for 10a-6p and 1 provider for 8a-4p and 1 provider for extra coverage (either 8a-4p or 10a-6p), Sat-Sun - 2 providers for 8a-6p

An average of daily studies from 7a-5p:
Plain film x-ray: 100;
Ultrasounds: 35; CT: 100; IR Cases: 7
Average studies 5p-7a: 48 studies consist mostly CT, ultrasound, and plain x-ray

Providers must be able to read PETs

Support Staff/worksite resources:
In IR we have 5 trained staff members whose hours are from call starts at 1530 until 2300.
Hospital have 3 Ct units that are staffed 24 hours a day.
Hospital have 1 fluoro room for Lumbar punctures, barium swallows and various fluoro studies.
3 portable x-ray units. And one trauma unit in the ED.
Hospital have 4 Carms to cover surgeries and one O arm to cover neuro surgeries.
Hospital have 64 total techs that include per diems that cover the hospital 24/7.
