Description:

Competently performs routine and specialized radiation treatments.
Follows the treatment plan developed by the physician.
Works independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills.
Executes safe and precise procedures to deliver accurate results in a timely manner.
Gains confidence and cooperation from patients and their families.
Ensures effective communication with patients and other healthcare providers.
Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures.
Ensures privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.
May perform specific procedures and/or orient other staff to the department.
Must be flexible to start shifts between 5:45 AM and 8:30 PM.
