Description:

Competently performs routine and specialized radiation treatments in accordance with the treatment plan developed by the physician.
Works independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures.
Delivers accurate results in a timely manner.
Gains confidence and cooperation from patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment.
Attentively monitors and effectively communicates to ensure optimal patient care.
Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety.
May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and orienting other staff to the department.
Flexibility with shift start times is required, as shifts may begin anytime between 5:45 AM and 8:30 PM.
Specific charting experience is required, with Epic experience preferred.
Candidates must provide a 7-year work history for verification.
