Physical Therapist – Full Time | Permanent

A growing outpatient clinic is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join its clinical team on a full-time permanent basis. This role focuses on delivering individualized therapy programs designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and help patients return to their normal daily activities as safely and efficiently as possible.

This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values strong patient relationships, and is committed to measurable functional outcomes.

• Conduct initial patient evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and strength

• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies

• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans when needed

• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards

• Support a positive, patient-focused clinic environment

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Outpatient experience preferred but not required

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
