Job Details
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee community-based programs that support children, youth, and families. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about making a lasting impact through trauma-informed care and culturally responsive services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and reporting requirements in alignment with agency and funder expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and service providers.
- Ensure services are delivered in a trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally competent manner.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new initiatives and funding opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program management within social services, child welfare, or behavioral health.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing complex programs.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, family systems, and community-based service models.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
