Manufacturing ​/ Production Technician, Manufacturing Engineer

Technician Full-Time | Santa Cruz, CA (In-Person Only)

Wonderfil , PBC is seeking a Technician to support the production of our refill stations and warehouse operations. Training will be provided and we are looking for someone to start in April 2026.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited to help bring sustainable hardware to life.

Assemble and test refill stations as production ramps up

Be part of the R&D team, improving our hardware and production processes (woodworking, crimping, wiring, cleaning, welding, painting and general build work)

Help organize and manage parts inventory

Perform hardware store/material runs as needed

Support field maintenance of deployed stations (occasional site visits)

Assistance with warehouse operations

Required

Must live in Santa Cruz County and be available to work 100% in-person at our Westside Santa Cruz warehouse

Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfort with tools and workshop environments

Hands-on experience with assembly, production, or fabrication work

Preferred

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

Exposure to production lines or hardware manufacturing processes
