Location:
* Santa Cruz Post Acute – Santa Cruz, CA
* Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team for our NOC shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). We are a resident‑centered, high‑quality post‑acute care facility committed to providing exceptional clinical care and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Position Highlights
* Pay Rate: $50 per hour
* Shift: NOC (11 PM – 7 AM)
* Schedule:
Consistent 4 days on / 2 days off rotation
* Status:
Full‑Time

* Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
* Collaborate with LVNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care
* Maintain accurate electronic and written documentation
* Uphold infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times
* Support residents and families with professionalism, empathy, and respectQualifications
* Valid California RN License (required)
* Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
* Previous experience in skilled nursing or post‑acute care preferred, but not required
* Ability to work independently during overnight hours
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
