Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and caring Full‑Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. The CNA provides hands‑on care, assists residents with daily activities, and supports licensed nursing staff to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.

Pay & Benefits
  • Minimum starting rate: $21.50 per hour (higher DOE)

Available Shifts
  • Day, Evening, and Night shifts

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care while preserving dignity and independence.
  • Record vital signs, weights, and other observations as directed.
  • Assist with meal service and hydration support.
  • Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
  • Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
  • Support nursing team with assigned clinical and non‑clinical tasks.
Qualifications
  • Active California CNA certification required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced care environment
  • Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements
