Santa Cruz Post Acute is hiring a Full‑Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) part time.

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Santa Cruz, CA
• $45.00 - $48.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents during the night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes clearly.
• Coordinate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift.

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous experience in post‑acute or long‑term care preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable team player with a passion for resident care.
