Our 144-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center provides 24-hour nursing, wound management, pain management, and in-house rehabilitation offered 7 days a week so our guests can get back to their highest level of function and independence.
Job DescriptionOffers essential patient support by assisting with daily living activities like feeding, bathing, and mobility. Monitors vital signs and provides comfort under the supervision of RNs or LPNs.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized care with a focus on safety and comfort.
Assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and coordinate rehabilitation schedules.
Create a warm atmosphere by receiving and escorting visitors.
Administer medications safely and accurately.
Follow protocols for a clean and safe environment.
Alert appropriate personnel to signs of condition changes.
Exchange information for quality patient care.
Manage activities based on current care needs.
Maintain documentation with precision and compliance.
