RN, RN Nurse, Nursing Home

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the part-time PM shift. You will provide high-quality rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to our residents. This role requires a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possesses strong clinical decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess and monitor resident conditions.
• Document clinical changes in electronic records.
• Lead and supervise vocational nursing staff.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians.
• Respond promptly to resident emergencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Commitment to weekday and weekend shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
