Santa Cruz Post Acute is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) part time

Job Overview

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Role :
Santa Cruz, CA Location : $37-46 per hour (Depending on Experience) Salary What We Offer Competitive hourly pay flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately.
  • Monitor resident conditions and document changes clearly.
  • Coordinate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift.
Qualifications
  • Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Reliable team player with a passion for resident care.
