Position Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our full-time care team. In this role, you will provide essential hands-on support to residents while collaborating closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

Available Schedules

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care that promotes independence and dignity
  • Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and other observations
  • Support meal service and ensure proper hydration
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident spaces
  • Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the care team on both clinical and non-clinical tasks
Qualifications
  • Active California CNA certification (required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced care environment
  • Must pass background check and health screening requirements
