Provide customer service to visitors, members, and staff following site-specific procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter;
Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and exterior activity to deter unauthorized entry and theft-related activity;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying contacts as needed;
Report hazards, maintenance issues, and customer service concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
